Its an upgraded version of our original RackBoss that uses our X24 Tech to boost durability like never before. X24 is a dual-bushing design that reduces wear by over 50% compared to stock, and you cant get it anywhere else. Install RackBoss 2.0 on your ride, and control your machine no matter what.

Boosted Durability with Our Dual-Bushing Design
The secret sauce behind RackBoss 2.0s unbeatable durability is our unique X24 Tech. It puts heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack to reduce internal play and keep the tension spring nearly motionless. That makes it easy to run massive tires on huge lifts across the most treacherous terrain without wrecking your rack. Plus, the built-in grease fitting makes it easy to keep everything running smooth.

Swaged Tube Tie Rods
Our swaged tube tie rods are lightweight but tough. Their signature flare-out design boosts their strength beyond what the 7/8 diameter tubing could achieve otherwise. Theyre made even tougher with our beefed-up tie rod ends. Our heim joint outer tie rod ends use 3/4 rod threads, and our rebuildable inner ball and sockets use 3/4 rod threads along with 16 mm rack threads. Theyre as tough as they come.

Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods
For a beefy tie rod setup, you want to go with solid steel bar tie rods. Theyre made with 1 diameter steel bars that are paired with bigger, better tie rods youll love3/4 outer heim joint tie rods and rebuildable inner tie rods that use 3/4 rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. Altogether, theyre built for hard hits, big tires, and wild rides.

Looking for a More Traditional Rack?
If you dont need all the benefits of a RackBoss 2.0, you can dial it back to our original, more traditional RackBoss 1.0. It uses the same beefy housing but doesnt include the extra PTFE bushing. Our RackBoss 1.0 Rack and Pinion comes with steel swaged tubes that are tougher than stock and perfect for casual riders looking for an upgrade. Its finished with our tough 14 mm inner and outer tie rod ends so you can ride harder without worry.
