Less Wear and Tear with Our Dual-Bushing Design
What makes RackBoss 2.0 so good at preventing slop? Its engineered with X24 Techheavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack that remove play from the internals. Reducing play also keeps the tension spring nearly motionless. With little to no unintended internal movement, this RZR 900 steering rack can turn massive tires through heavy rides and hard hits and still stay in like-new condition for years longer than the next best rack. And with the built-in grease fitting, you can push fresh grease through after you go deep in mud or water.

Swaged Tube Tie Rods
These steel swaged tube tie rods are lightweight but super tough. The flared-out, swaged design boosts the strength of the 7/8 diameter tubing. Theyre bolstered with better tie rod ends too. They have huge 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod threads make them the toughest in the industry. Theyll keep you on track where others fail.

Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods
Our solid steel bar tie rods are big and beefy for the reliability you need. Theyre made with 1 diameter steel bars that are paired with bigger, better tie rods youll love3/4 outer heim joint tie rods and rebuildable inner tie rods that use 3/4 rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. Altogether, theyre built for hard hits, big tires, and wild rides.

Looking for a More Traditional Rack?
If you dont need all the benefits of a RackBoss 2.0, you can dial it back to our original, more traditional RackBoss 1.0. It uses the same beefy housing but doesnt include the extra PTFE bushing. Our RackBoss 1.0 Rack and Pinion comes with steel swaged tubes that are tougher than stock and perfect for casual riders looking for an upgrade. Its finished with our tough 14 mm inner and outer tie rod ends so you can ride harder without worry.
