33 Spline Halo 30 Diff for CanAm

This is the best of the best, the Halo 30 locker setup is the strongest locker available anywhere for the Can-Am. Included is a billet case, 6 gear chromoly carrier, Halo locker kit, new seals and bearings, larger and stronger custom spider gears. The new big axle set up utilizes a 33 spline axle that is over 1 inch in diameter which is 70% larger than stock, officially the largest UTV axle in the entire industry!

We have one of the best warranties on the market. There is a 1 year warranty on anything Halo locker. we do retain the factory style ring and pinion, and will replace anything Halo related in the diff. Anything Halo makes is covered 100 percent.

This is the ultimate upgrade for your 2018 and newer Maverick trail and sport, and the all new 2021 Commander.

This will also serve as the upgrade to the Smart-Lok setup. If you currently have a Smart-Lok equipped machine, and wish to have a heavy duty alternative. This is the upgrade. We also offer a plug and play harness for the Smart-Lok that uses the factory switches to operate and in addition the harness is designed to disable the Smart-Lok alarm encountered when removing the the factory differential (video demo). Requires the use of larger diameter aftermarket axles.

Must replace axles with Halo 33 spline axles we offer both RCV and Turner axles. If you already have RCV axles your inner cups can be changed to be compatible for this setup, available from RCV direct. Other wise you will need to buy complete set of axles for this differential.

RCV Halo Axles are $1552 a set and are the best available.

Turner Axles are $1180 a set.

Note: X3 with Smart Shox, the actuator arm hits some A-Arms. Use Actuator Mount Clamp H-0008C to rotate the actuator out of the way.
